"Right to" Shade

I know that the law may have changed - but there used to be a "right to light" with new builds etc - giving you a right to sunlight What about a "right to shade" ? We have a new build property (bungalow) directly opposite us - with planned solar panels on the south facing roof - I can forsee a "reflection" issue with the…

Solar panels only reflect about 4% of the incident light, probably less than the rest of the roof (depending on the materials and colour), so it seems likely that it won't be an issue.
