Anyone getting any kind of confirmation when they enter? I just keep getting an 'Important changes to your LBC VIP Club' page and when I hit 'Confirm' it does nothing

It is such a pain-full site! I can't remember ever going through at a first attempt.
UPDATE: just sent a message via their own website... hope it helps! Really painful!

Me too, same issue MB just going round in circles, and can't cancel membership either :mad: What is WORSE is that when I have tried to re-set my password it shows details (incl DOB + postcode and tel) for another user Lorraine ****** :eek::eek::eek:

So much for their claim on their registration page "We won't share your details with anyone else"

I have sent LBC a message - not very good 'privacy protection' if this can happen!
