Sports Direct sent wrong size item, will they replace

So I recently ordered some crocs from SD, I ordered ladies in size 6/7 and they sent mens 6/7, I'm going to fire off an email shortly, how are they likely to respond, my preference is that they send out the correct item, will they expect me to cover the costs of returning the ones I have. I didn't get the chance to inspect the crocs as they arrived while I was away.

It's a clear Sale Of Goods Act issue, they will replace with the correct item and you won't have to pay for the return. I'd expect you to have a trouble free conversation with them, but if you don't come back for help on how to proceed. (The one slight issue may be the length of time between delivery and inspection, but as long as it wasn't months you should be OK)0

best to avoid sports direct altogether, they are useless, and so rude, offensive and the stores are staffed by complete morons, they do not know the first thing about customer service, just avoid them.0
