Debt Assigned to CAIS Member?

I have an account that has this marked on it and next to is another default for the same debt. My question is, does this reflect as two defaults? or can any new creditor or person looking at the file only see one of the accounts.
The debt was part of my BR and I think should not of been passed on but there you go.

Basically yes. Any potential credit will either only see the new one or only be able to take the new one into account.
To quote Experian.
The flag on the original entry makes sure the default is only counted once in credit rating calculations and other assessments.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
