PCN Notice Scam?

I have received a pcn from a company called London parking solutions asking me to pay via pay my pcm.net.
The thing is they say the Pcn was attached to my vehicle when in fact I was in car at the time and never got out. I am a cab driver and was dropping customers off in a commercial loading bay I know if I appeal they will reject so should I ignore or pay
