Future Comps will not let you enter twice you so just try again & see if it rejects your entry.

I had the same error and followed weeowens' suggestion and resubmitted, it does say I have already entered, my email address is registered with them.

I have sent them a message via contact us telling them of the lack of emails to validate the entry and asking if it could be checked.HTH

I didn't receive a confirmation email, but as jackbb also discovered, when I tried to enter again I was told that I'd already entered.

Just entered okay via Chrome and confirmation came through as normal and confirmed when I clicked on the email link.
