choisya
My choisya has got a black tarry stuff on the leaves and underneath the leaves they are covered with loads of white scaby insects. Anybody know what they are and what I can I do? So far I have pruned it to nearly the bare root, but am afraid I have been too hard and it will not grow back. Thanks
