Default sold on can this go on for ever

Options
Noticed that I have a default against me from an old lloyds account, now the last I knew of this was about 5 years ago but this account which looks like it's been sold on is only 4 years old.

So question is can this be sold on again and the clock reset again

Only one default ever is allowed. Complain and tell the cheeky ##ers to take it off or correct it.
