Can't set up 'pay by text' on my online SSE a/c

I've just wasted 15 minutes going round in circles on my online account with SSE, and its website too. I just want to set up 'pay by text' but the only place it's mentioned seems to be here https://www.southern-electric.co.uk/Public/Search.aspx?q=text
however, click on the relevant link (/waystopay) and there's no further mention of it!
