Pippi - It's been another momentous year for you, and I don't suppose you'll admit it, but you've met triumph and not-so triumph with aplomb and kept on keeping on. And if all else fails, at least 2015 is already offering you a WHOLE, uninterrupted growing season :j:j:j How fab is that?

- OH wanted some plain cheddar so our fresh stash is boring humdrum atm! - we've got a few fancy pieces in the freezer drawer for cooking - the aforementioned goat's cheese, a lovely camembert for baking en croute at new year's, and a bargainous reblochon for some tartiflette if the temperature decides to dip over these holidays - a million gazillion calories in tartiflette so we will need sub-zero temps to burn them off!
