Got the refund

You don't have to read it but just know the company is acting dodgy but I got my money back finally

Now I need to know : exactly how can I claim refund on the £7 delivery charge I paid to return a faulty goods?

Also, how shall I ask the company? (even tho I doubt they're going to respond)

What's relevant is for readers of your thread to have some context in which to answer your question.

So, in the absence of this, if you want a refund then start by sending an LBA or as it's only £7 save yourself the stress and move on.

I read the other thread, its only 3 posts long and doesnt give much more info than this one
anyway OP if they wont refund you, is it really worth the stress of trying to get £7 back

I keep things short n simple :cool: my head hurts from reading too much on computer screens.

But yeah you know what, it sounds like too much work.

Letter before action, then small claims court. That's it. Depends how much you want the £7
