Now to find names of company directors

I have a complaint about a job recently completed on my house. Mostly it was carried out to my specifications apart from one thing in particular. I can't get any further than the secretary in the sales office who is refusing to even negotiate with me. I have asked if I could speak to a manager but was told that " managers don't take phone calls". I find this hard to believe. I asked for a contact name in order to make a complaint but all she gave me was the sales email address, which I suspect would just go to her and I doubt it would go any further. I have looked on their website to see if it gave the name of any directors that I could at least address a letter to, but this information isn't there. It seems alittle vague to just address any communication to " The Director" so is there any way I can find this information out.

(Cannot post links but google "how to contact the ceo")
There are several websites like this -- the publish email and sometimes telephone numbers and extensions. Though they usually only cater to large companies.
Is it a local firm? If so I would just drive there and ask to talk to the owner or manager. Be polite and lay out your case logically and be clear what you want done to resolve the issue.
If you really want to pursure the directors try:
(cannot post links, but google companies house)
But there is usually a nominal cost associated with searches0 -
I have been Googling. I think I have found a link - Companycheck.co.uk - which has actually given me the names of 2 directors for free. One of these names is in fact a name I now recognise. I'm happy that at least I have got a name to address my letter to. No email but I'm OK with writing a real letter.:smileyhea A SMILE COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING0
