Completing online claim form help please!

Hi and firstly, thanks for taking the time to read this question!
I am preparing my claim form online and just wondered if it was necessary to attach my list of charges and the correspondence I have had with my bank to it in some way? Or can this be presented in Court at a later date? It just seems the Court won't get the full picture without these and I don't want to risk a Judge thinking I am not prepared enough or supporting my case well enough?

There is no facility to attach if you use MCOL but its OK there is plenty of time later to sort your documents out.
