It remains for litigation purposes thorsoak.
They wouldn't need to keep it for litigation. They would be able to pull a copy from their database. Any racist content is removed under all circumstances as we do not tolerate racism here.
The inconsistency you pointed out about taking it further but she's already taken it further if its been reported and they were interviewed....I believe OP was referring to taking it further than the mere apology that has been offered.
As for the other inconsistencies....you are assuming instead of asking. You get the facts THEN make the accusations. And if you truly are a 4th year (which I find hard to believe given your complete incomprehension of racism), you best work on that or you'll have your !!! handed to you in court.
Semper paratus.
Unfortunately its just a fact of life that people don't always do as they should. Don't let the uniform fool you, police are people too.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Tomton i've just checked back on that thread from last week, Furry Tips the poster who didn't seem to have a good word for you has disappeared, perhaps she has been banned. I did say last week that i wasn't sticking up for either of you 'cos either or neither might have been trolls. It seems as if Furry Tips may have joined just to cause trouble, maybe she clouded my judgement.
I don't know what the average is, but 10 a day seems high although some much be much higher.
Post count may be a way of identifying a spammer, or a troll, or a banned member trying to create a new ID. Or it may just be someone's posting pattern.
Your posting average is 6.24 posts per day. (That's 67% of Tomtontom's actual average - which is 9.26 per day).
Within your overall posting average, you have made 75 posts in the last week - which hits the 10.7 a day mark. Several of your posts in the last week gave a further 'bump' threads which had clearly already been bumped by a troll/internet stalker. (The wording on those posts stated 'spamming' etc; but the effect of your posting was to keep the threads on the front page).
Your last 300 posts have been made in the last 24 days. That's an average of 12.5 posts per day in that period.
Furry Tips's theory fits you better than it fits Tomtontom. Only you can know for sure if that proves or disproves FurryTips' theory.
As for the original topic of this thread, I agree with the advice that the OP might benefit from contacting Victim Support

That said, is it indeed 'prevarication' (allegedly)? Or is it supposed 'obfuscation'?
At times, it seems that the accusation may actually be 'oscillation', between two, allegedly, 'different' versions of a story.
As previously stated, a good way forward for the OP would be to seek the (secular) ministrations of Victim Support.0 -
So sorry you had to deal with such an eejit (this isn't racist;) in case anyone gets their panties in a bunch) Thorsoak, I've always valued your opinions and like reading your posts. Hope this one persons poor attitude doesn't put you off posting here. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

People might want to edit their posts that quote a user that now seems to have been banned.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
