Amazon problem

i bought a few items of clothing from amazon a few months ago. i returned them all using their returns centre just a week after receiving them. i got email notifications to say the returns were being processed, then i got refunds for the items.

now amazon have emailed me to say they are taking the money out of my account because i havent returned the items!
i cannot find anywhere to tell them i have returned the items, they have processed them and given me the money back!!

can anyone help, please?

The emails they sent you telling you they were being processed should be enough.

Reply to the email they sent you? (Unless it was from a no-reply address in which case follow post #4).

Does amaze me that people come here before even contacting the company some times

I humbly apologise. Wont make the same mistake again.

i looked in my account area thinking that if something was going on - like they are going to take £50 off me - then it would be in there. it wasnt and i could not reply to their email!
fyi the "help" area is so small on such a large website that i had to hunt for it even after being told it existed. my eyesight is not good. SORRY!

SORRY YOU HAD TO WASTE YOUR TIME READING AND REPLYING TO THIS TOO.

While in general I'd be in complete agreement with you, to be fair to the OP in this instance a big part of the issue was not knowing how to get in touch.
