need advice

hi,
we want to buy a house .our budget is 300k.we r looking for 3 bed.we have a one year old child.My partner 'sjob starts 6am.we r looking for place which is commutable to mainly central london and canary wharf.can anybody suggest good places?thanks in advance.

    What do you call "commutable"? If you have a helicopter, central london is commutable from scotland!!! Will you be driving, walking, swimming, cycling, getting the train, bus, or what? What distance are you willing to commute?
