Would appreciate any help with the following
My neighbour is parking on my right of way, approached my insurers and provided them with the evidence.
Their response was that because, through ill health, I am not driving at the moment and I have few visitors there would be a less then 50% chance of winning my case.
My covenants don't require that I use the right of way for a number of times or somebody else with no legal right can park on my property.
Any advise would be appreciated

Park your car there.
(Your insurer legal expense policy won't fund any case unless you have a good chance of winning - certainly better than 50%)0
