thanks, I don't have any terms and conditions, iv not had anything from them actually just a receipt from PayPal to say iv paid them.
unsure how to proceed with this now really, I might email them asking them to refund me and if they don't reply (which is likely) could I start a dispute on paypal saying I haven't received the item?0
