Cuprinol Decking Oil - 2 coats or 3?

I have just applied a 2nd coat of Cuprinol Decking Oil and Protector (Natural) to our large deck and it looks great (especially in the current sunlight).
The instructions say "minimum of 2 coats". Is it worth a 3rd?
It costs about £50 (in oil) and takes me about 3.5 hours to apply - big deck. So I don't want to do it if it isn't beneficial, but if it keeps the decking looking better for longer....
Thanks.
