Eon New Tariff Mail

I will be changing tariff with EON in July .I have been a dual fuel customer since i started with EON so this morning i get my tariff info through the post but not just one letter but two one for gas and one for electricity .Surely these letters can be combined saving EON Money im sure the savings on all mailings would be past onto the customers :jDo any of the energy providers pass on savings they have made onto there customers :rotfl:maybe im wrong never heard of any.

Hi Nellybee

Even though you've a dual fuel account, do you have separate account numbers for both the electric and gas?

If you do, you'll receive individual letters for each fuel.

We can combine both fuels under the one account number. This will cut down on the number of separate mailings we send.

A lot of customers prefer separate accounts for their electric and gas so you'll need to contact us to arrange this. Alternatively, if you've registered with our website, you can do this on there.
