Help and advice for Parcel2Go losing my parcel

Hi all,
Back in February I sent 5 pairs of shoes to Clothes Agency to be sold on my behalf and, despite it tracking as delivered, the person it was sent to said it's never arrived there.
Parcel2go initially opened a case for a claim last night, only before closing it this morning.
I can;t get through on the phone and I've lost about 100 quid in those shoes.
Any advice?
Thanks

Why have you waited so long to make a claim?
I believe Parcel2Go have a 28 day policy for claims. So if posted in February, you have no chance.0 -
If its showing as delivered, its delivered as far as anyone is concerned.
Not sure why you are complaining if this was back in February.0 -

Start legal action against Clothes agency.
Does the tracking that you can see show a signature from the person who accepted the delivery?.
Even without a signature, you should have a pretty strong case as you will be able to show that on the balance of probabilities that the shoes were delivered and that they were lost afterwards.0 -
Perhaps I wasn't clear enough.
The parcel tracked as delivered. I waited for my goods to appear on the site. In March I emailed to confirm all was ok. No reply. i emailed again. No reply.
Now I've received a reply but the person I was sending to said she hadn't received them. Cue communication with parcel2go as described above.
I'm not looking for criticism, just advice please. Has anyone had dealings with them before? Is there some kind of ombudsman I can refer to?...no comping wins as yet, but I live in hope. :money::j:eek:0 -
Thanks shaun from Africa!!
This is all I see:
Date / Time Description Details
26/02/2014 - 14:50 Delivered to Letterbox
26/02/2014 - 13:46 Courier Received
26/02/2014 - 05:54 Out For Delivery To Courier
26/02/2014 - 05:02 Manifested for Delivery
26/02/2014 - 00:36 Processed at Depot
25/02/2014 - 21:36 Receipt at Depot
25/02/2014 - 11:40 Hub Trailer Via Sorter
25/02/2014 - 11:39 Hub Sorter Receipt Scan
24/02/2014 - 13:34 C2C Despatch
22/02/2014 - 08:59 Collected
...but even looking at it, that information is wrong - the parcel wasn't collected that early in the morning - it was the afternoon!
What would the process be for starting proceedings?
Thanks again!...no comping wins as yet, but I live in hope. :money::j:eek:0 -

Thats probably when the van driver clocked on for their shift that day or the details were sent thru.
Ask P2G for a copy of the delivery signature (if you clicked the tick box for that option)
Best way of contacting P2G is via Twitter - usually around til 9.00pm0
