Yes after the last post she sent me 4 long emails about how evil I am, how she is going to get me the sack from my job, how she was going to get the police onto me and have me done for fraud and she was going to the citizens advice about me.
So I sent her a polite email back saying that the holiday was still available to her if she wanted it and it wasn't my fault she hasn't got photo ID or she didn't get travel insurance.
I haven't heard anything from her since and hopefully when she went to the citizens advice they told her she didn't have a leg to stand on.0 -
What a piece of work she sounds like! Personally, I'd have considered giving her a refund at the start, but not a chance now. If someone starts bullying and getting aggressive in order to get their own way then I think it just encourages them to do it again and again to other people if it works.
Stick to your guns, but if you think she's going to try and cause trouble with your boss, family, friends etc then it might be worth just showing them the emails and explaining what's going on. That way, if she does try anything they'll know what's up and hopefully any sensible person would just tell her to get lost.0
