Help parking eye !!

Options
Hello,

I have got a parking charge notice from Parking eye to pay £70 or £40 if I pay within 14 days.

I visited Coventry Walk in Centre. I visited the walk in centre at 09.45 pm to 10.30 pm, there were no cars in the car park at that time and I could not see the signage properly.

I have appealed to Parking eye to follow one the standard template in the thread but it got rejected and Parking Eye sent me 7 - 8 pages with various cases they won recently and my appeal on the ground on pre-estimate loss will not be upheld in court any more.

Can anyone help what should I do next ? Do I have any chance to appeal to POPLA and in case POPLA reject my appeal will the new charges be £70 or £40..

Thanks

using the popla appeals linked in post #3 of the NEWBIES sticky thread everybody has a chance of winning at popla , but nothing is guaranteed

should it fail for some strange reason , popla will tell you what the charge is that should be paid to PE, but its not binding upon you

it is a gamble , but if you use the correct legal appeal points there is no reason why you wont win, usually PE dont even bother sending in the evidence pack nowadays , but its not a 100% "sure-thing" in my opinion , but over 99% sure of you winning at popla , in which case you pay nothing at all

it is rare for PE to lease or own a car park , so as agents I am sure the gpeol will apply in your case

The Parking Eye version in the link in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread is recently written and has everything you need to win at POPLA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
