Can I transfer my tv licence direct debit to my partner?

Options
Hi folks,

Both myself and my partner want to take advantage of Santander's 123 current account that pays 3% but the conditions of the account are that two direct debits must be set up as well as a monthly pay in of £500.

Tv licence is in my name as is the direct debit, but just wondering do companies allow a customer to transfer the direct debit to a partners bank account (with their consent of course)

She is short of a direct debit to meet the criteria of the 123 account.

Any general info about the above policy appreciated.

Thanks

Why don't you just cancel the tv licence in your name and apply for it in hers?
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
