anyway jase me old mate I take you wanna be on the telly like in property ladder or summit
well repo's re the way firstly their too well advertised by big mortgage lenders who use reputable estate agents o action house who will repay the debt with best profit.
Ive lost out on every single one over the last six years.
either you get out bid in an auction
or
the estate agent sets a closing date with concealed bids
either way you see the house, think what youll pay wait severl weeks/months then find your back at square 1.
best way search day in day out on all the sites and when you see on in need of repair or going cheap-ish cause the person died and will take first OK sale or fmily break up etc, (look for properties on internet that dont look lived in)
hope youve all appreciated what its taken six years to know
***** Then get in very quick*****

I viewed a reposession at the weekend via an estate agent. I think that it's overpriced, there are properties for the same price in the same area with a garage for 5k less.
We don't have a buyer as yet, and the EA said that even if we had a buyer, and they accepted our offer, they would leave it on the market to ensure they were getting the best possible price. Sod that for a lark, the chances of someone putting in a higher offer are too great, and as it's overpriced anyway...I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
