Absolutely! I also love the reinstatement option with Friends Life. It's a major selling point for me. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a near 100% take up of clients re-purchasing critical illness cover after making a claim.

Difficulty for us advisers at the moment is that I don't think there is 1 clear market leader as so many policies have USP's within them.

I love the FL contract, but I'd be careful to document that bolt-ons like Best Doctors & BUPA Healthline are not part of policy contract and could be withdrawn at any time.
