ppi & lloyds

i have had a reply from lloyds which puzzles me,
i sent them all the documents i had (photo copys)
1 loan agreement. (with ppi on it )
2 letter from them telling me what the repayment were.
3 letter stating the insurance premium had been deducted from from the loan,,, with a £75 fee.
4 all account numbers.

they said they cant find anything,,so i said i,m taking it to the f.o.b,
they then pasted my complaint over to their centeral complaints team. its been 3 mths now. should i just wait or send it to the f.o.b

i explained that i was told no insurance NO LOAN!! at the time i was self employed and still am.

the evidence i gave them was over whelming, are they just messing people abt.

many thanks for any replys
