Reclaim BT 118500 charges, I have just got £395.00

Hi
Prior to Jan 9th 2014, if you used 118500 directory for any reason you can reclaim the money spent.
I have just got £395.00 back for calls to 118.
You need to email 118500.claims@bt.com stating the below
I would like to claim a refund following the PhonepayPlus tribunal decision 17976, due to being left hanging on the line and totally unaware of the charges that would be incurred in these telephone calls. You can find more information if you Google PhonepayPlus tribunal decision 17976
If you have bills send them and also ask for a refund prior to them bills.
I claimed this on behalf of my mum who is partially sighted and has no other way of contacting people only numbers she knows. This is not just for people with difficulties EVERYONE can claim
I was contacted with in 24 hours and refunded.
