Paying Clydesdale Bank credit card

Hi there,
My stepdad is trying to pay his Clydesdale mastercard through internet banking with another bank. He has stupidly threw away the top part of the statement and left himself with the bottom part.

We know the reference number is card number but where would we find details of the sort code and account number to send the payment to?

Who does your Step Dad bank with, out of interest?

In my case (Lloyds Bank) within the add payee section you can search different companies and find out the information that way.

If he's signed up to service his credit card online, do they offer PDF copies of statements? If so, it'd be on there also.

yes, similar with Barclays, HSBC and Santander, i believe.
alternatively, just called Clydesdale & ask them...that way, it's their fault if you transfer money to the wrong account.
