ESA reapplying

Hi
Can anyone help me with when you can reapply for CB ESA when 365 days have finished? I am also in appeal as should be in Support Group not Wrag and it took 10 months foe DWP to supply me with ATOS papers and 'points' awarded. 81 apparently, but in WRAG as 'can use crutches'. All this and never had a face-to-face. Am in complete mess over it all...psoriatic arthritis and fybromyalgia and totally stressed. Can anyone give me advice on what I should do? Many thanks!

Are you able to use crutches or mobilise by other means? If so you will not qualify for the SG on mobility grounds.

Do you have other household income? Your ESA claim does not end after 365 days, it changes to income based ESA. If you were previously on IB you will not qualify for CB ESA until you have been in work again.

If you are still living overseas ignore my comment about IB ESA - you will not be entitled.

No can't use crutches, manual wheelchair or walking stick because of pain and weakness in neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, fingers....is that basis enough for appeal?

If you cannot mobilise more than 50m, without severe discomfort, then you are entitled to the support group.

If you appeal the original decision, and win it, your benefit will restart.
If you are found to - if you report a change in condition - be in the support group - your benefit will restart.
If you withdraw your claim for benefit, it may not.
