Which is/are the best site(s) for getting a domain?

.co.uk would be ok

.com would be lovely as it is for an animal rescue trying to start up.

I use Fasthosts to buy my domains but get my hosting from Dreamhosts (im on a really good offer they posted about 10 years ago)

I like https://www.hover.com for domains. I moved all mine there from 123-reg.co.uk a few years ago. Not the absolute cheapest but their service is great and their website is easy to use.

I use 123-reg.co.uk, and have friends who have domains with 1and1.co.uk.

Good prices (for .co.uk, especially) and never had any problems with either registrar.
