I have only been a memeber for a month or so and completed the daily face cream test last week
Just received my Boots vouchers through the post today - so look forward to speanding them
The face cream I tested was amazing - just gutted I may never find out what it is : - (
I look forward to getting lots more trials in the future : - )0 -
I only became a member of Clix Research yesterday and today I got my first invite for some EYE CONTOUR CREAM, how about that for quickness. The trial last for 4 weeks and starts on the 29 October 2011. Lets hope that there is more like this to come. Two of my profiles are still flashing but that does not mean you do not qualify for any trials.0

Hello there, first time using forum so fogive me if i get it all wrong. I was wondering is there anyone out there that can help me with clixResearch (new to surveys too), in any case i have filled in all the family profiles but for some reason, two of the categories (the red question marks) will just not turn green and i think this may be stopping me from being invited to trials - have not got one yet. What am i doing wrong? Help please. Thanks.0

I think that's a problem with their site. I got sent a trial to join this week and it's the same for me.
Annoying isn't it, some of the questions don't make a lot of sense either,0 -
Signed up last night and this morning had a one week trial showing for olive shower gel
I have never done anything like this before so I am looking forward to it.

Does Clix ever get back to you when you contact them via their form ? Iv been a member since may ,have sent them 2 questions (asking what I have to do to get trials) and they never get back to me . Im starting to wonder if its the area I live in (Glasgow) . Anyone have any idea's ?I once prayed to god for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness .........0

I've only emailed them once, they never responded. I think it's simply a question of whether you meet the requirements for a trial. Age, no of children, dry skin or whatever it may be.
It's worth checking your profile and seeing if there are any new questions. That often triggers a response presumably new questions mean a new trial coming up and you my fit that profile.0 -

Thank you for the quick reply . I check them every week ,update the profile every now and again on new products I'm using and the kids and the OH too ,the profile even says 'adequate' never changes . But I still have never seen any change at all ,Iv never even seen a trial yet :rotfl:. Perhaps it could be age then ,or maybe my original thought ,then it would be area . Think I may just cancel my profile on there then as I don't think I will have any luck from then .
Thank you once againI once prayed to god for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness .........0 -
I'd hang on in there, some surveys don't use products so where you're based probably isn't that important.0

I'm doing a trial on moisturising slippers at the moment (bizzare I know!). I have been registered with them for several years and had loads of trials, but it comes in fits and starts. When I turned 40 I had no trials offered for months and thought it was because I had moved into a different age category - which might well be true as now when I do get trials offered it is nearly always for anti-wrinkle cream and now slippers!
The questionnaires are often badly set out and badly worded to the extent that you feel like you are answering the same question twice or more. For example you might get all of these questions: Does your face feel moisturised? Does your face feel replenished? Does your face feel mositurised and replensihed? I really have no idea what a replenished face shoud feel like!
Also, there is often no 'not applicable' option, forcing you to make things up. I used to follow the instructions really carefully with the products, but now I can't be bothered and don't worry about it too much since they can't be bothered to spend time on the questionnaires.0
