I've tried for the past few weeks, no matter what options I choose, my "Lifestyle" survey is always marked as incomplete :(

the same happens to me :(
really annoying took me ages to fill everything out and now it doesn't seem to work. Is there a trick, can anyone help?
I wonder if your profiling has to be complete before you can start testing..
    thanks...

If it is upsetting your skin, you can stop using it, fill in your required questionnaires as best you can then tick the adverse reaction question which crops up at the end of the trial and explain what occured with your skin. I must admit I have never had to do this, and not sure if it effects you getting skincare trials in the futrue but if it not doing your skin any good do not keep using it.
Alternatively stop using it now and mark it very low in the questionaire/s you have left to fill in, as it did not suit your skin.

Thanks for that Tiggerlilly. I've kept on using the serum (hoping, I suppose, that my skin would get used to it!). It still very dry, but looks ok. With a bit of trial and error using different creams, I've found that if I put Nivea Soft on afterwards, my skin does feel more comfortable, so I'll continue with that and then mark it down on the questionnaire.

I don't want to fall at the first hurdle and not get any more trials!
