I go on the website quite regularly yet it still says my attendance is adequate. How can I improve it so that i get to the 'Your punctuality is excellent and you will be selected for more additional trials'?

Im still waiting for the cuticle stuff that started sat I think,my post is still way behind.

The punctuality relates to your feedback after you've trialed an item, not how often you visit the site.

Sadly the only way for that status to improve is when you get the trials and fill in the questionaires afterwards.

Anyone having trouble filling in the questionaire for the cuticle oil? The questions 1-3 on my questionaire are missing any options to choose from.
There are just questions..
I have contacted them about it but I have contacted them before and never gotten any reply.

The first three options were missing on mine too. I just did what I could and then ticked the boxes at the end to say completed according to instructions.

Just checked the Clix website and the date for the Serum trial to start has changed to 10th Dec, which is still in the past, however, maybe we will receive it shortly?

Is anyone else doing the eye treatment and still not received it,im getting fed up of my trials not coming on time then getting an email to say you havent completed the first questionnairre,i know its probably a problem with the post but its becoming the norm,anyone else got this problem.

Yes i should be doing the eye treatment but still not received it also had the email. What do you do when this happens do we email them or go to the end of trial. Thanks.
