Hi - I have just signed up. Do the trial emails generally come through on a weekday. Should I change my email to my work email to have a better chance of getting on the trials?

I am trialling these two and I have no idea what brand they are.

I am finding them a little greasy and my face is quite shiny, perhaps I am using too much product.
