I signed up today, but I can't do any trials because my punctuality rating is only adequate. Does anyone know how long it takes until it goes up? i've done all the questions on the profile, and the training page if that helps.

It will start too go up after you finish trials. they do offer you trials so your rating does go up. i think everyone starts at adequate mine did.

how many trials though on average does it take for the rating to change?

Once you have completed a trial on time the ratings are updated so if you fill in the questionaire on time then the rating will change....I have been a member for years and used to get trials quite frequently,perhaps once a month but for some reason I have not been invited to a trial since last july...I guess thats just the way it goes...just check regularly and keep your profile up to date and hopfully something will come along!

i've completed everything i've been sent on time (over 10 items so far) and (i know) i've included a lot of description in my trial results but my rating hasn't changed thats what i meant?

I finally got a trial! It's for hand and body lothion. It says use by 23/10/10 but how long do you have to trial it for? Help would be appreciated

Hi,you should have received a sheet with it telling you how long to use it for and when you have to answer the questions about it.If not if you go to your trials online it will tell you in the details bit.
