The only way I could get it to go is adding an age in to a child I don't have...

There is a question lower down that says 'Do you use fabric conditioner' that I think is a new question - answering that one stopped the question mark from flashing whereas just answering the children one did not.

I saw the fabric conditioner question and ticked that but it didn't make any difference. I will see if it updates over night and if not, i will add a 0 aged child tomorrow lol

I already ticked yes to that question and the profile was still showing as incomplete, hence having to put an age against a child which was the only way to stop it for me..

They have also updated the holiday dates in this section so you have to tick if you have any holidays planned or none.

I have had the same problem with it not registering when updated. I don't have the kids..I checked every question (yep saw the fabric conditioner one but ty for the heads up anyway as its slipped in an odd place!) but nothing worked. emailed them yesterday but no reply and its still the same

Could be worse - I could have the kids...lol....

Anyone else received the dual ended lip contour cream and balm? Mine arrived this morning but the ends aren't labelled, I don't know which I'm supposed to apply first :undecided

I didn't get the lip stuff even though I ticked all the lip sections! Strange!
I'm going to have to 'add' a child even though I don't have any! LOL

I got toothpaste for my partner to trial this week.

The last trial was a moisturiser for me and before that was for shampoo and conditioner for him.

I always fill in everything and it seems pretty random as to who they choose for trials.
