Hi I am new to the site and after reading around I decided to sign up to this site about a month ago and must say have had some good luck. So far I have tested a 2 week trial for a hemp product, just finished a trial for nail polish and quick dry drops and today got invited and signed up for 2 trials a face illuminating cream and a non sample questionnaire which will be sent to me tomorrow. Know it is hit and miss but am making the most of it Thanks for the info this site is great and i am hooked now

Is anyone else doing the test?

I'm a bit confused...it's 2am and I just got an email telling me off that I haven't filled out the online questionaire "after using the product"
The trial only started yesterday(on the 18th) and I haven't even received the products yet...
what to do?

I received that too and was gutted that for some stupid reason it went to spam and I missed it.

i've not had a trial for over a year and suddenly yesterday i had two invites, one for a blemish gel, and another for dry shampoo & hairspray together, i had given up on these completely, so anyone who hasn't had any trials for ages, don't give up

I'm currently doing a trial for facial products and have to submit 2 questionaires, 1 initial one and one after a week's usage.
I received a reminder that I was supposed to fill out the first questionaire yesterday(didn't receive the product until 2 hours ago) and when I do fill it out and try to submit it it tells me I have to have used the product for the time period specified...
So should there be 2 questionaires online for me?
[sorry, it's my first trial and I don't want to do anything wrong]

Edit: found the answer...basically it accepted the first part of the survey and there's just a second part to it which I should be able to access in a few days.

I didn't have any product to test or email updates for months and months, then one day out of the blue, I got an email telling me to update my details - Since I hadn't logged in for some time, all of my family profiles needed updating :rolleyes:. But as soon as I finished doing mine, and whilst I was still logged in I got an invite for Radiance Illuminating Fluid!!!!

This came in the post yesterday - a whole pump tube full - with a sticker on it marked 'LF Beauty'. I used it today and it is lovely! I would love to know what it is.
