I've asked for my details to be taken off. I've had 2 trials from them in about 2 years and i religiously check the site every day. I've given up on them!

I keep updating my profile every time they ask, sometimes I even visit the website without prompting and there are things for me to update and I've only had one trial offer this year (weight loss product which got taken v.quickly) so I'm most disappointed. So much for their star rating system-I've been on the best rating you can get all along so where are my trial invitations??!!

I log in once a week and go through all the questions again, I get a trial every couple of weeks on average.
