Yes That was one of the one's cancelled on mine too :mad:I got one for shampoo/conditioner earlier this week, and it was cancelled the next day (when it should have been sent out). Just got an invitation to join a trial when i went to log in on the website, it says my account is already in use :eek:. I have restarted my pc to see if that helps but still the same
. I have emailed them but am really frustrated now :mad:. 0 -
I have managed to log in but there is nothing showing up just a my one and only trial that i did ages ago, i have tried resetting etc, any ideas?? Also how do i delete the previous trial from the list?0

You are invited to take part in a trial. If you would like to take part please click on the link below and then log on with your user name and password:

Please select the My Trials tab and then select the trial that you are interested in. Then, after clicking on the Details tab and reading the details concerning the trial, click on Join Trial. You will be selected according to how quickly you reply.
- We will accept all applications until the trial is full.
- Please ensure that you are going to be available on email for the duration of the trial since we may need to contact you during it.
- You are not obliged to take part in this trial. Ignoring this invitation will not affect your eligibility for other trials.
- You will not be asked to purchase any of the samples. All samples are provided free of charge and AOR also pays for the postage and packaging.
- Cancellation of trials is beyond our control and no refunds can be made for any samples that you do not receive. If you havent got a green cross there, it sounds like the trial hasnt reached your account yet......dont hold your breath! It might never get there!

Yeah i know. It is really annoying though. Why send out an invitation if its not even gonna be on your list, even if it said it was full at least i would know where i stand not be left in limbo arrrrrrrgh lol0 -
