Sounds like one I had from them recently, really difficult to squeeze out of the tube too?

I thought this was a bit harsh, it would have been nicer to send one asking me if this is correct before going full on and calling me dishonest. So I replied and told them to shove it, no loss, I used to get loads of trials up until last year, now I get none.

yep, that's about their level these days - I kicked them into touch a while ago after a really really snotty reply to an email asking them ever so nicely if they had a problem with me or my details, pointing out that friends of mine with practically the same profile as me were getting trials and I'd had nothing for nearly a year...they were very unhelpful, arrogant and not worth bothering with..I get trials with other sites anyway AND get rewarded for it...

i got an email too and sent them a reply but i use alot of things on different parts of the body - i must admit they have to be a bit nicer

what other product sites are you registered with as im on a few but hardly get any?

I'm also with TNS, Lightspeed and Ipsos - regularly get stuff to test from them - all sorts from chocolate, loo rolls, shampoo, crisps, butter...the list goes on...

i emailed them about 6 weeks ago as the last trial i had with them was last november and i pointed out to them that i did receive update profile emails.received a reply asking me to check that they weren't going into the spam folder-to which i copied and pasted the original query but put it in bold.didn't get a response back from it and it's certainly been crap since they changed their name.just noticed that when you go onto the site now you have to put your DOB first

just got an email for sugar scrub trial - and managed to get on it !!!
it's the first invite I've had for months and the first successful sign up in since last year, so I'm very excited!

I'm really fed up with these at the moment .... had invites to 4 trials recently....accepted by me..... and then they cancelled them day before trial was due to start!!! :mad:

Oh, sorry bonnie, I didn't realise they did this :eek: I hope they still go ahead with mine, and hope you get accepted onto one soon!

I got one for shampoo/conditioner earlier this week, and it was cancelled the next day (when it should have been sent out). There is definitely less going on since they have changed their name.
