Does anyone else keep getting logged out of the site? I've tried in both Firefox and IE and when I go to submit any forms (updating profiles) its logging me out!

every time i try to log in it says a fatal error has accurred

Thank god its not me then, I've been trying to update all my family's profiles and its saying its timed me out even if all I'm doing is scrolling down and submitting.

Just tried to login to do questionnaire,couldnt get in on my old cosmetics research link but worked when I used the clix research link.

Was just going to say the same thing. I couldn't connect using my bookmark but used a link from one of their emails re updating profile and it worked so seems like they have changed something on the log-in page

I managed to get back in via a google link and there were no problems - and as I'd heard nothing since my last email to them (re my last trial being back in October and I've had nothing since) - I've emailed them again (very nicely) asking the same thing - so here's hoping although I'm not going to hold my breath...

I was a little worried about the questions concerning being away on holiday and when we would be returning, doesn't anyone else think this is a little strange, why would they need to know this?

Maybe they want people to test suntan lotion & need a rough idea of if your going away & when you'll return (to be able to complete the forms) so they know if to invite you.
