Just got an invitation for a trial,logged in no trial showing,not even full or cancelled or not eligible,anyone else.

Just this minute had one for handcream. Try logging out then in again and check to make sure it hasn't gone onto the next page, they seem to jump about

im wondering if it was a mistake as I had one for handcream last week,ive refreshed even logged in and out still nothing.

I could do with the handcream one at the moment. I don't often use it but my hands are really dry lately esp around the knuckles - I think it is too much washing up to be honest but no-one seems to be taking any notice of my plight in our house! (Prob need to change washing-up liquid as have been using an economy brand showing it doesn't always pay to cut back does it!)

I do wish they would clear the completed trials, it can get confusing trying to find the new ones. I spent ages the other day trying to get into a couple of questionnaires, I cleared all the check boxes, then checked one but it insisted I had more than one box checked! Exasperating.

Maybe you just had a duff email, that sometimes happens, they sent me one recently with the wrong log in. They usually sort it out in a few minutes when they realise.

Has anybody else noticed the tab UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS on the top menu bar? I thought all these products had been tested for safety before being passed to us to test.
