They don't seem to mind you being a day or two late for completion of the final questionnaire, and send out a reminder once it has passed midnight on each day you are late, but I think if you have to be sent about four reminders, they begin to demote your punctuality score.

Thanks for answering Violetta,that was what it was a reminder for the initial assessment which was 2 questions,Ive never done it before and hopefully wont again,you have put my mind at rest now.;)

yes i have done it 3 times now but nothing happens doesnt affect my rating and still get the same amount of trials

How do i update my profile?

Im on the "profile family member" page, its my page but all i see is a green tick with "you are fully profiled" written next to it, but i havn't done my profile (i can't see this profile wheel)
I am abroad so dont know if that makes a difference?

rasmus ive just been on there,it was closed yesterday for maintenance,on my profile and its not a wheel anymore but boxes with different titles and the green tick above,if I click on the green tick bit I can get in to change my profile.

No boxes with titles, Underneath that is the green tick, but i cant click on it.

Just gone into mine and it looks great now with the boxes instead of the wheel.

While I was there I went into each one just to make sure no extra brands had been added.
