thanks i have just updated my profile although i get quite a few trials ( just done the ysl touch thingy ) i was amazed how many new answers to the questions there were maye be i`ll get a few more trails whooo , loved the ysl thingy going to use it on my wedding day !!

Been on cosmetics research this morning,just checked back now and its under going maintenance it says all day on friday but todays date,hope it is today as have questionnairres tommorrow to do.It looks totally different,so i doubt we will have any invites today.

It has gone back to how it used to look - ie the maroon background colour!

Hi Debs I thought that too,as i hadnt logged out,tried to look at something else and had to come out and go in again.Violetta i didnt realise that was the old colour but I like it.:j

The closing date for the Extra Large Heavy Duty Refuse Sacks trial is tomorrow. Our site is undergoing essential maintenance tomorrow. Therefore we would be very grateful if you would visit the site on Friday 27th to enter your results in the usual manner.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You will not be penalised for being one day late with your results owing to our website downtime.

Thanks,I didnt get that email and yesterday my post was really late delivering a trial that should of started yesterday,they seem to send my samples out at the last min now,consequently I missed a 2 question questionnairre at the beginning of the trial and they emailed me a reminder at 1am,lol,done it at 7.30 this morning,never missed one before hope they dont get cross with me.

I sometimes get a reminder - especially for the 'initial assessment after two days' questionnaires, which it sometimes omits to mention on the flyer!

They don't seem to mind you being a day or two late for completion of the final questionnaire, and send out a reminder once it has passed midnight on each day you are late, but I think if you have to be sent about four reminders, they begin to demote your punctuality score. I understand this is something the computer does automatically that the staff at AM have no control over, even if you have a valid reason for not completing in time!
