Help I won still waiting for payment

Help please we won our case when it went to the FOBM in 2012 but the claim company we are using is dragging its feet we received an offer in December but are still waiting payment this case has been on going for approx. 4 years. We are now thinking about making a claim via the small claim court direct to the lender, my concern is if we do this are we still liable to pay the claim company fees ????

Tell the claims co to sort this out, if this has been to FOS, you cannot claim again through the lender anyway.
  • what is a reasonable time to wait for payment they are fobbing us off with the "we have sent a letter" quote everytime we call to chase it

2-4 weeks. The money comes directly from the firm to you. Not via the claims company.

Once the FOS rules in your favour [and the company don't contest it and refer it to an actual ombudsman] all you can do it wait, or e-mail the ceo of the company.
    Google.
