Ebay Business policies

Just trying to sell something on my personal account.

Apparently I now have business policies. They are the default setting on the listing.

Can I adapt/change/amend them? Nope as my account hasn't been upgraded to them yet...

It wants me to add a shipping policy before listing my item, but it won't let me add a shipping policy as my account hasn't been upgraded to let me use business policies yet.

This appears when I click on the link on the listing

"You can't get started with business policies right now. We'd like to have you benefit from them right away, but we're introducing them gradually so the transition goes smoothly for everyone. Check the My eBay selling section periodically to find out when it's available to you.
"


Going mad here! Any advise please?

Try a different browser. Not sure if anything has changed and could well be an error or something else going on.

I agree with RFW it sounds like yet another glitch. I am still struggling with my private account , it assumes I am new to selling and keeps welcoming me as a new seller....despite me having sold,on it since about 2008
