Ive noticed for the last 3 months, Since repaying my credit card they are not updating my credit file. Was 6500 now 4500 - So have reduced debt by close to 30% but this does not show up on file? Should i be concerned because currently it looks like I've got 6500 of debt and not 4500...

It will be the creditor that is not updating the file rather than experian.
It is usual for balances to be around a month behind reality but its 3 months and if it is likely to cause you a problem (e.g. if you are planning on making a credit application) then I would contact the creditor and ask why they haven't sent a recent update to experian for your account.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
The issuing bank is expected to produced a update file every 30 days to report status to the credit referrence agencies, call your creditor and ask them these questions and whats happened. If it helped, say thanks...0
