Ask her school if they use Mathletics, many do, and you can then use it at home also for free.
  • If you are looking for support / preparation for the end of Year 6 assessments then Rising Stars have made an 'Achieve Mathematics a Revision Level 4' APP. Many of the children in my class have enjoyed using this as it didn't feel like maths revision. It also gave them familiarity with the question types they might come across which boosted confidence.
  • I would highly recommend Mathletics chriz1 !

My son is nearly 8, soon to be 9 and since registering it has become something he really likes to do everyday.

He now actively wants to do Maths (Mathletics) most days when he walks in the door after school, quite an achievement for an 8 year old boy who normally only lives and breathes anything sports related ! :T

Sometimes he only spends 15m on it and sometimes an hour, but he loves seeing which of his school friends are logged on with rankings etc.

I think it is a really good way for kids to to be able to practice Maths in this way, when it suits them at their own time and pace so I would recommend it from my own experiences
