I am a current customer and I tried to get one of these deals recently. They weren't willing to haggle at all. I could have the package but not at a new customer rate because I wasn't one.

I imagine, just like with Sky, that the best current customer deals are reserved for the people that actually DO leave, and not just want to haggle.
